Returns and Exchanges

We provide 7 days no reason return and exchange for our dearest customers. If you are not satisfied with the goods received, please contact our customer service. We will provide the most comprehensive protection for your rights and interests.

If there is a quality problem with the product, including damage during transportation, we will provide you with a free return service, including paying for your postage.

Within 14 days of purchase, we provide dear customers with reasons to return and exchange, including but not limited to product quality problems.

After 14 days of purchase, we regret that we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. But if there is any product problem, please contact us, we will solve the problem for you at the first time.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It needs to be in the original packaging. If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer shall bear the shipping cost. The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not responsible for the shipping costs.

In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please return the product to our designated warehouse address.

Refund policy
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed and we promise to refund to your credit card or original method of payment within two working days, provided we ensure that no secondary sales are affected.

Late or lost refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to appear.
Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is issued.

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds, unfortunately sale items are not refundable.

Gift
If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver shipped the order to himself to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and he will know about your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the replacement product to reach you may vary.

If you're shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned items.
